The most anticipated event of the year for many, this two day hands-on workshop is intense and intensely fun for students and professionals alike. Students are paired with mentors for one-on-one coaching. Professionals share the unvarnished truth about the transportation industry and give actionable career advice in plenary panels and small group settings. Student teams compete in a real-world grant application scenario while professionals role play stakeholders and decision-makers. Students must be nominated to attend by a professor or an employer. CTF covers the cost of student participation. CTF also offers students a need-based travel stipend on a first-come, first-served basis. Student participants are eligible for exclusive scholarship opportunities. An excellent recruiting and networking forum, participants will receive information about fellow attendees, and plenty of time is built in for getting to know the entire group. Bonus fun this year: a special s’mores fire pit networking session.

Cost: $2000 for professionals, no cost to students. Special pricing available for retired/small business professional participants. Includes all meals, onsite self-parking, and hotel room for night of November 5.
